How do we receive an invitation to participate in the National Show Choir Championship?

Your show choir will receive an invitation to participate in the Show Choir National Championship if it participates in one of the Qualifying Events and is one of the top 3 (three) finalists in the event.

When is the National Show Choir Championship and where will it be held?

The National Show Choir Championship will be held in the Spring of 2011 after each of the qualifying events have been completed.  FAME is working with Venues in Indianapolis, St. Louis and Cincinnati for a location to host the event.

What are the costs associated with participation?

Each Show Choir that is invited to participate in the National Show Choir Championship will be expected to get to the venue on their own.  After that, FAME along with sponsors of the event will cover the cost of student participation at the competition as well as hotel accommodations for two nights for the student participants. Additional chaperones and parents can purchase their hotel space and tickets to the event for a nominal fee.
